(1) The Cabinet for Human Resources shall establish a system for the reporting to the General Assembly, on a quarterly basis, through December 31, 1996, as to the <br>progress in implementing the provisions of KRS 205.6310 to 205.6332, the findings <br>of any reports or studies authorized by KRS 205.6310 to 205.6332, and <br>recommendations regarding the reports or studies. (2) As each item identified in subsection (1) of this section has been completed, that item shall not be included on the next quarterly report, but shall be identified as <br>having been completed.
