206.130 Cabinet may make investigation. When in the opinion of the cabinet any pension that has been granted, or any claim for <br>pension, should be specially investigated, the cabinet shall make such investigation as it <br>deems necessary, and file a written report of the result thereof with the application. The <br>cabinet may summon and swear witnesses to appear before it and give testimony in the <br>county where the applicant or pensioner lives.
