210.100 Exemption of institutional officers and employees from personal attendance as witness. No officer or employee of any institution operated by the Cabinet for Health and Family <br>Services shall be required to give personal attendance as a witness in any civil suit out of <br>the county in which the institution is located, but his deposition shall be taken in lieu <br>thereof. Effective: June 20, 2005 <br>History: Amended 2005 Ky. Acts ch. 99, sec. 308, effective June 20, 2005. -- Amended 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 426, sec. 253, effective July 15, 1998. -- Amended 1974 Ky.
