§ 47-7-51. Correctional Training Revolving Fund.
 

(1)  There is hereby created in the State Treasury a special fund, which shall be known as the Correctional Training Revolving Fund. This fund shall be used to develop and implement the comprehensive correction training program authorized in Laws, 1990, chapter 509. These funds may be used to construct and renovate training facilities, purchase training equipment for the hiring of instructors, and to pay operating expenses to accomplish and fulfill the purposes of the training program. 

(2)  The Commissioner of Corrections shall establish guidelines for the use and accountability of such funds.
