516.098. 1. Except where fraud is involved, no action torecover damages for an error or omission in the survey of land,nor any action for contribution or indemnity for damagessustained on account of an error or omission may be broughtagainst any person performing the survey more than five yearsafter the discovery of the error or omission.
2. This section shall become effective January 1, 1990.
