National Guard; Military Department;officers; personnel; rank.The Military Department shallconsist of the Adjutant General in the minimum gradeof lieutenant colonel, one deputyadjutant general, chief ofstaff of the Military Department, or deputy director with a minimum grade of colonel, one assistant director for Nebraska Emergency ManagementAgency affairs, and such other officersand enlisted personnel in the number and grade as prescribedby the United States Department of the Army and Department of the Air Forcepersonnel documents provided to the National Guard or as otherwise authorized.
