71-8243. Centers; categorized; requirements.Designated trauma centers and rehabilitation centers that receive trauma patients shall be categorized according to designation under the Statewide Trauma System Act. All levels of centers shall follow federal regulation guidelines and established referral patterns, as appropriate, to facilitate a seamless patient-flow system.
