Trainee real property appraiser, defined.Trainee real property appraiser means a person who holds a valid credential as a trainee real property appraiser issued under the Real Property Appraiser Act and who, under the direct supervision of a certified residential or certified general real property appraiser, assists the appraiser in any phase of appraisal activity but does not include nonprofessional employees such as clerical employees.
