79-1030. Unused budgetauthority; carried forward.A Class II, III, IV,V, or VI district may choose not to increase its general fund budget of expendituresby the full amount of budgetauthority as calculated pursuant to sections 79-1023 and 79-1026.01. Insuch cases, the department shall calculate the amount of unused budget authoritywhich shall be carried forward to future budget years so a Class II, III,IV, V, or VI district may increase its general fund budget of expendituresin future budget years by the amount of such total unused budget authority.
