§ 104E‑28. Limitedliability for volunteers in low‑level radioactive waste abatement.

Part 5 of Article 21A ofChapter 143 of the General Statutes shall apply to civil liability andpenalties pursuant to this Chapter. (1987, c. 269, s. 4.)
