The Commissioner, or his authorized agents or representatives, mayenter, during the regular business hours, any establishment or facility whereeggs are bought, stored, offered for sale, or processed, in order to inspectand examine eggs, egg containers, and the premises, and to examine the recordsof such establishments or facilities relating thereto.
