§ 106‑245.25. Warnings in lieu of criminal prosecutions.
Nothing in this Article shall be construed as requiring theCommissioner to report for criminal prosecution violations of this Articlewhenever he believes that the public interest will be adequately served andcompliance with the Article obtained by a suitable written notice or warning.
