§ 106‑277.12. Records.

All persons transporting or delivering for transportation, selling,offering or exposing for sale agricultural or vegetable seeds if their nameappears on the label shall keep for a period of two years a file sample and acomplete record of such seed, including invoices showing lot number, kind andvariety, origin, germination, purity, treatment, and the labeling of each lot.The Commissioner or his duly authorized agents shall have the right to inspectsuch records in connection with the administration of this Article at any timeduring customary business hours.
