Any person violating the provisions of this Article or the regulationsadopted thereunder, shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor. In addition, ifany person continues to violate or further violates any provision of thisArticle after written notice from the Commissioner each day during which theviolation continued or is repeated constitutes a separate violation subject tothe foregoing penalties.
