§ 106‑547. Records to be kept.
Every hatchery, hatching egg dealer, chick dealer, poultry dealer,ratite dealer, or jobber shall keep such records of operation as theregulations of the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services may requirefor the proper inspection of said hatchery, dealer, or jobber.
