Promotion of Coastal Fisheries and Seafood Industry.
§ 113‑308. Definitions.
The definitions as given in G.S. 113‑128 shall apply to thisArticle, except that the following will additionally apply:
(1) Agency: A group or an association which shall makeapplications and otherwise act for the fishing and seafood industry or adistinguishable part thereof. (1967, c. 890, s. 1.)
