§113‑315. Maximum assessment.
No assessment levied on anycommodity under the provisions of this Article shall exceed one percent (1%) ofthe average value of this commodity during the next three years for whichpublished statistics by the State of North Carolina or the federal governmentare available next preceding the application or petition.
