(a) The GeneralAssembly hereby levies an assessment on all primary forest products harvestedfrom lands within the State of North Carolina.
(b) This assessmentshall be at the rates as established in G.S. 113A‑194(b) and the proceedsof such assessment shall be deposited in the Forest Development Fund.
