§ 114‑8.1. Attorney General interns.
The Attorney General may select interns to work in the AttorneyGeneral's Office from institutions of higher education, including theconstituent institutions of The University of North Carolina. The AttorneyGeneral may adopt policies or rules to provide for the selection, tenure,duties, and compensation of these interns. (1985, c. 479, s. 140.)
