The University is hereby authorized to pay service charges for, or forthe right to, the use, occupancy, services or commodities of or furnished byany project or by any other service or auxiliary facility of the University,including the University Enterprises, and the income and receipts derive fromsuch service charges paid by the University shall be deemed to be revenuesunder the provisions of this Part and shall be applied and accounted for in thesame manner as other revenues.
