The Public Health StudyCommission.
§ 120‑195. Commissioncreated; purpose.
There is established thePublic Health Study Commission. The Commission shall examine the public healthsystem to determine its effectiveness and efficiency in assuring the deliveryof public health services to the citizens of North Carolina. (1993(Reg.
