As used in this Article, thefollowing terms mean:
(1) Business with whichassociated. As defined in G.S. 138A‑3.
(2) Confidentialinformation. As defined in G.S. 138A‑3.
(3) Economic interest. As defined in G.S. 138A‑3.
(4) Immediate family. Asdefined in G.S. 138A‑3.
(5) Legislator. Asdefined in G.S. 138A‑3.
(6) Nonprofitcorporation or organization with which associated. As defined in G.S. 138A‑3.
(7) Vested trust. Asdefined in G.S. 138A‑3. (2006‑201, s. 5.)
