(a) The State and LocalConsumer Advocate shall be immune from liability for the good faith performanceof official Consumer Advocate duties.
(b) A State or areafacility, its employees, and any other individual interviewed by a ConsumerAdvocate are immune from liability for damages resulting from disclosure of anyinformation or documents to a Consumer Advocate pursuant to this Article.
