§ 127A‑149.  Power ofarrest in certain emergencies.

In the event members of theNorth Carolina National Guard or State defense militia are called out by theGovernor pursuant to the authority vested in him by the Constitution, theyshall have such power of arrest as may be reasonably necessary to accomplishthe purpose for which they have been called out.  (1959, c. 453; 1963, c.1019, s. 11; 1975, c. 604, s. 2; 2009‑281, s. 1.)
