Regulations as to ActiveService.

§ 127A‑97.  NationalGuard and naval militia first ordered out.

In all cases the NationalGuard and naval militia as provided for in this Chapter shall be first orderedinto service.  (1917,c. 200, s. 44; C.S., s. 6857; 1975, c. 604, s. 2; 2009‑281, s. 1.)
