§ 130A‑309.118. (Effective July 1, 2009, and expiring October 1, 2023) Effect on localordinances.

This Part shall not beconstrued to limit the authority of counties under Article 18 of Chapter 153Aof the General Statutes or the authority of cities under Article 19 of Chapter160A of the General Statutes.  (2008‑136, s. 1.)
