§136‑33.1.  Signs for protection of cattle.

Upon written request of anyowner of more than five head of cattle, the Department of Transportation shallerect appropriate and adequate signs on any road or highway under the controlof the Department of Transportation, such signs to be so worded, designed andlocated as to give adequate warning of the presence and crossing of cattle.Such signs shall be located at points agreed upon by the owner and theDepartment of Transportation at points selected to give reasonable warning ofplaces customarily or frequently used by the cattle of said owner to cross saidroad or highway, and no one owner shall be entitled to demand the placing ofsigns at more than one point on a single or abutting tracts of land.
