§14‑158.  Interfering with telephone lines.

If any person shallunnecessarily disconnect the wire or in any other way render any telephoneline, or any part of such line, unfit for use in transmitting messages, orshall unnecessarily cut, tear down, destroy or in any way render unfit for thetransmission of messages any part of the wire of a telephone line, he shall beguilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.
