Subject to the approval of theGovernor, the Department of Administration is authorized and empowered to setapart, for the administration of the affairs of the North Carolina State ArtSociety, Incorporated, space in any of the public buildings in Wake Countywhich may be so used without interference with the conduct of the business ofthe State.(1961,c. 1152; 1983, c. 717, ss. 52, 53; 1985 (Reg.
