Law‑Enforcement Officers', Firemen's, RescueSquad Workers' and Civil Air Patrol Members' Death Benefits Act.
§ 143‑166.1. Purpose.
In consideration of hazardous public service rendered to the people ofthis State, there is hereby provided a system of benefits for dependents of law‑enforcementofficers, firemen, rescue squad workers and senior Civil Air Patrol memberskilled in the discharge of their official duties.
