§ 143B‑417. NorthCarolina Internship Council creation; powers and duties.
There is hereby created theNorth Carolina Internship Council of the Department of Administration. TheNorth Carolina Internship Council shall have the following functions andduties:
(1) To determine thenumber of student interns to be allocated to each of the following offices ordepartments:
