§ 150B‑28.  Depositionsand discovery.

(a)        A deposition may beused in lieu of other evidence when taken in compliance with the Rules of CivilProcedure, G.S. 1A‑1. Parties in contested cases may engage in discoverypursuant to the provisions of the Rules of Civil Procedure, G.S. 1A‑1.

(b)        Repealed by SessionLaws 2007‑491, s. 2, effective January 1, 2008. (1973, c. 1331, s. 1; 1985,c. 746, s. 1; 2007‑491, s. 2.)
