The Authority shall ensure that at least fifty percent (50%) of theseats for an athletic event that is sponsored by a constituent institution ofThe University of North Carolina whose principal campus is in the territorialjurisdiction of the authority and is held at the arena of the regional facilityare made available to students at that constituent institution and members ofthe general public.
