In the event a transportation authority is established under theauthority of this Article, any existing franchises granted by the municipalityshall continue in full force and effect until legally terminated; further, allordinances and resolutions of the municipality regulating bus operations andtaxicabs shall continue in full force and effect until superseded byregulations of the transportation authority.
