§ 163‑201.1. Severability of congressional apportionment acts.

If any provision of any act of the General Assembly that apportionscongressional districts is held invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction,the invalidity shall not affect other provisions that can be given effectwithout the invalid provision; and to this end the provisions of any said actare severable. (1981, c. 771, s.2.)
