§ 165‑54. Depositrequired.
Each resident of any State veterans home shall pay to the Division ofVeterans Affairs the cost of maintaining his or her residence at the home. Thisdeposit shall be placed in the North Carolina Veterans Home Trust Fund and shallbe in an amount and in the form prescribed by the Veterans Affairs Commissionin consultation with the Assistant Secretary for Veterans Affairs.
