§25‑11‑102. Preservation of old transition provisions.
The provisions of article 10of chapter 25 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, Uniform CommercialCode, G.S. 25‑10‑101 through 25‑10‑106, thereof shallcontinue to apply to new article 9, and for this purpose the old article 9 andthe new article 9 shall be considered one continuous statute.
