§25‑9‑624.  Waiver.

(a)        Waiver ofdisposition notification. – A debtor or secondary obligor may waive the rightto notification of disposition of collateral under G.S. 25‑9‑611only by an agreement to that effect entered into and authenticated after default.

(b)        Waiver of mandatorydisposition. – A debtor may waive the right to require disposition ofcollateral under G.S. 25‑9‑620(e) only by an agreement to thateffect entered into and authenticated after default.

(c)        Waiver ofredemption right. – Except in a consumer‑goods transaction, a debtor orsecondary obligor may waive the right to redeem collateral under G.S. 25‑9‑623only by an agreement to that effect entered into and authenticated afterdefault.
