§35A‑1235.  One bond sufficient when several wards have estate in common.

When the same person isappointed guardian for two or more minors or incompetent persons possessed ofone estate in common, the clerk may take one bond only in such case, upon whicheach of the wards or their heirs or personal representatives may have aseparate action. (1987, c. 550, s. 1.)
