In all deeds of trust madeprior to March 15, 1941, wherein property has been conveyed to corporations astrustees to secure indebtedness, the appointment of said corporations astrustees, the conveyances to said corporate trustees, and the action takenunder the powers of such deeds of trust by said corporate trustees are herebyconfirmed and validated to the same extent as if such corporate trustees hadbeen individual trustees.
