§47‑57. Probates on proof of handwriting of maker refusing toacknowledge.
All registrations ofinstruments, prior to February 5, 1897, permitted or required by law to beregistered, which were ordered to registration upon proof of the handwriting ofthe grantor or maker who refused to acknowledge the execution, are herebyvalidated.
