§ 47C‑3‑109. Quorums.

(a)        Unless the bylaws provide otherwise, a quorum is deemedpresent throughout any meeting of the association if persons entitled to casttwenty percent (20%) of the votes which may be cast for election of theexecutive board are present in person or by proxy at the beginning of themeeting.

(b)        Unless the bylaws specify a larger percentage, a quorum isdeemed present throughout any meeting of the executive board of personsentitled to cast fifty percent (50%) of the votes on that board are present atthe beginning of the meeting. (1985 (Reg. Sess., 1986), c. 877, s. 1.)
