§48‑2‑602.  Disclosure of fees and charges.

At least 10 days before thedate of the hearing or disposition, each petitioner shall file with the courtan affidavit accounting for any payment or disbursement of money or anything ofvalue made or agreed to be made by or on behalf of each petitioner inconnection with the adoption, or pursuant to Article 10, including the amountof each payment or disbursement made or to be made and the name and address ofeach recipient. The court in its discretion may request a more specificstatement of any fees, charges, or payments made or to be made by anypetitioner in connection with the adoption. (1995, c. 457, s. 2.)
