(a) One or morepersons, a majority of whom are residents of this State, may, by filing acertificate of incorporation as provided in subsection (b), incorporate a NorthCarolina Enterprise Corporation under the provisions of this Article.
(b) Persons who wish toassociate themselves for the purpose of establishing a North CarolinaEnterprise Corporation shall file a certificate of incorporation with theSecretary of State. The certificate shall be in accordance with G.S. 55‑7.(1987 (Reg. Sess., 1988), c. 882, s. 1.)
