A professional servicecorporation may render professional services only through its officers,employees and agents who are duly licensed to render such professionalservices; provided, however, this provision shall not be interpreted to includein the term "employee," as used herein, clerks, secretaries,bookkeepers, technicians and other assistants who are not considered by law tobe rendering professional services to the public.
