(a) A document requiredor permitted by this Chapter to be filed by the Secretary of State must befiled under Chapter 55D of the General Statutes.
(b) A documentsubmitted on behalf of a domestic or foreign limited liability company must beexecuted:
(1) By a manager,director, or executive of the limited liability company;
(2) If the limitedliability company has not been formed or if the limited liability company hasnever had any members, by an organizer; or
