If any such corporation,association, or order at any time fails to comply with the provisions of G.S.58‑11‑20 and 58‑11‑25 or shall issue policies orcertificates not in accord with its charter and bylaws, as provided in thisArticle, the Commissioner shall forthwith suspend or revoke all authority toit, and of all its agents or officers, to do business in this State, and shallpublish such revocation in some newspaper published in this State.
