§58‑67‑80.  Meaning of terms "accident", "accidentalinjury", and "accidental means".

(a)        Effective October1, 1989, this section applies to all health maintenance organization plansunder this Article.

(b)        "Accident","accidental injury", and "accidental means" shall bedefined to imply "result" language and shall not include words thatestablish an accidental means test. (1989, c. 485, s. 12.)
