§74‑24.17. State‑federal plan.
In order to promote sound andeffective coordination in State and federal activities within the field coveredby this Article, the Commissioner is hereby authorized to enter into and, fromtime to time, to amend or terminate a State‑federal plan agreement withthe federal agency charged with administering laws relating to safety andhealth in mines.
