§ 76‑57.  Rafts toexercise care in passing buoys, etc., penalty.

If any person having charge ofany raft passing any buoy, beacon, or day mark, shall not exercise duediligence in keeping clear of it, or, if unavoidably fouling it, shall notexercise due diligence in clearing it, without dragging from its position suchbuoy, beacon, or day mark, he shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor, andpunished only by a fine not to exceed fifty dollars ($50.00).
